Graphic dynamic planning’s in Gantt diagram One of the major competitive advantages that offers AndTrans is the possibility to assign and unassign loads to vehicles or trailers in a dynamic and visual way with “drag & drop”. This technology facilitates the work of transport agents especially in companies of Full Load, cargo assembly or agencies, working in a friendly and easy environment. By moving the resource or orders bars we will be able to easily fit our planning or daily or programmed jobs. The application will take into account during assignment of the amount of driving done by the driver as this information can be given to us threw the onboard computer of some of the exiting suppliers. The closest resources will be taken into account for evaluation of the assignment to avoid as much as possible having void kilometers. Reconducting unavailabilities such as holidays, illnesses, own days ect, are contemplated as well as possible breakdowns or stays in the workshop for review of the vehicles. Also the bars will be an indicator of the percentage of realization of the service, as an analysis of if the service will be delivered on time or will be delayed, enabling to take the necessary corrective actions. Assignment of resources via multi screen management (2 or 3). The operators can work with two real life screens and therefore facilitate planning and assigning. |

Agency Obviously, the control of an agency bears certain peculiarities that differ from that of a full load company. A part from the control of a big number of autonomous more or less regular collaborators, the attention needed for the demand of loads by non regular autonomous and constant new loads, communicated directly by loader or obtained by the Internet, raises the issue of different ways to operate. We have created in AndTrans an operative system based on the stock exchanged system, to facilitate the management of all this data, making it easier to work in this type of business.
